FlexPeak respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FlexPeak handles information when you use the app.
FlexPeak is designed to help PG&E Hourly Flex Pricing pilot customers view hourly energy prices, calculate EV charging costs, and analyze usage and cost information.
FlexPeak may process information you enter or import into the app, including:
FlexPeak may provide a web view that allows you to sign in to your PG&E account and download a usage CSV file for analysis.
Your PG&E sign-in is handled through PG&E's standard website and login process. FlexPeak does not collect, store, or transmit your PG&E username or password to FlexPeak or to any FlexPeak-operated server.
Any usage CSV file you choose to download is processed by FlexPeak on your device for analysis. FlexPeak does not upload your PG&E CSV file or imported usage data to a FlexPeak-operated server.
FlexPeak connects to PG&E and GridX APIs to retrieve hourly pricing information for the PG&E Hourly Flex Pricing pilot program.
These requests are used to display price charts, widgets, charging calculations, and usage analysis features. FlexPeak does not sell this information.
If you choose to connect FlexPeak to Tessie, FlexPeak asks you to provide a Tessie API key.
Your Tessie API key is stored on your device. FlexPeak transmits the API key to Tessie only as needed to validate the key, authorize access, and communicate with Tessie's API for vehicle-related features.
FlexPeak does not upload your Tessie API key to a FlexPeak-operated server.
FlexPeak stores app settings, imported usage data, vehicle settings, and any Tessie API key on your device unless otherwise stated in the app.
You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, subject to standard iOS behavior.
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
FlexPeak does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
FlexPeak does not use third-party analytics unless disclosed in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere in the app.
FlexPeak does not sell your personal information.
FlexPeak may transmit information to third-party services only as needed to provide app functionality that you choose to use, including:
FlexPeak may also disclose information if required by law.
Data stored on your device remains on your device unless you delete it, clear it through app functionality, or remove the app.
Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to requests and maintain support records.
FlexPeak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
